The Lab Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of The Lab Trading (the “Service”), operated by Kornchai Buakamor (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or purchasing, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer and Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 20 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
2. License to content
On purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course materials, live sessions, community and tools for your own learning. You may not copy, record, resell, share, redistribute or publicly post any part of the content, login or community access. Doing so may result in immediate termination without refund.
3. Intellectual property
All content — videos, e-books, frameworks, written materials, branding and software — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license above.
4. Payments, plans & installments
Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and may include VAT where applicable. By purchasing you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the amount shown, including any installment schedule you select. Failure to complete installments may suspend access. Lifetime access, where stated, means for the operational lifetime of the Service.
5. Acceptable use
- No sharing accounts, content, recordings or community invites.
- No harassment, spam, scams or unlawful activity in the community.
- No using the Service to provide financial advice to third parties.
- No attempting to breach security or scrape the Service.
6. Educational service — no advice, no guarantee
The Service is educational only and is not financial advice. We do not guarantee any trading result. See the full Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses or indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms (e.g. content sharing), without refund where the breach is material.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use means acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok.
