The Lab Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how The Lab Trading, operated by Kornchai Buakamor (“we”, “us”), collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you use thelabth.com and our services. We are the data controller.

2. Legal basis (PDPA)
- Contract — to provide the courses, mentorship and account you signed up for.
- Consent — for marketing messages and optional cookies; you may withdraw consent any time.
- Legitimate interest — security, fraud prevention, improving the service.
- Legal obligation — tax and accounting records.
3. Sharing & processors
We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, including: Pay Solution Co., Ltd. (PaySolutions) (payment processing), Supabase Inc. (database & authentication), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), and communication tools (Discord, LINE) where you choose to use them. Some providers may store data outside Thailand; we take steps to ensure adequate protection for international transfers as required by the PDPA.
4. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it — except records we must keep for legal/tax reasons (typically up to 5 years under Thai accounting and tax law).
5. Your rights under the PDPA
Subject to legal limits, you may request to: access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, receive a portable copy of your data, or lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee. To exercise any right, contact us below.
6. Cookies
We use minimal cookies to remember your theme and language and (where you consent) basic analytics. You can control cookies in your browser. See our cookie notice on the site.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No method is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
Our services are intended for users aged 20 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without lawful consent.
