Refund Policy
1. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, within 14 days of purchase. Include your order details and proof that you completed Module 1 (or attended a session for mentorship). We aim to respond within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
2. What's covered
- Foundation / Complete Bundle: eligible within 14 days of purchase, with proof of Module 1 completion.
- Lab Mentorship: eligible within 14 days of purchase, with proof of at least one attended session.
3. What's not refundable
- Requests made after 14 days from purchase.
- Requests made without proof of engagement (Module 1 completion or session attendance). Purchasing and immediately requesting a refund without attempting the material is not eligible.
- E-books and digital downloads once the download link has been accessed. Digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase; accessing the download constitutes receipt of the product. No exceptions.
- Accounts that have shared, redistributed, or copied any course content, recordings, PDFs or community access — with or without a refund request. Such activity constitutes a breach of the Terms of Service and is subject to separate legal action regardless of refund outcome.
- Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.
- Third-party charges (e.g. prop-firm evaluations) — governed by the relevant firm's policy, not ours.
4. Access revocation
Approval of a refund results in immediate termination of your account and all access to course materials, community, and tools. Any course content retained, copied, or shared after a refund is issued remains subject to our intellectual property rights and Terms of Service. A refund does not release you from liability for prior content misuse.
5. Installments
If you pay by installments and a refund is approved within the 14-day window, we will stop future installments and refund amounts already paid, subject to all conditions above.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we resolve disputes faster than a bank. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension and will be contested with your bank using our access and engagement records.
